Delivery Policy

Delivery time

  • Depending on the product, the delivery time may vary. If the chosen product is available in stock, the delivery time is shorter.
  • Approximate delivery time are written on your purchase order (usually 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the vendor).
  • For mattresses, futons and covers that are not in stores, the waiting period is approximately 2 to 3 weeks for the reception in the shop.
  • For pickup in store or delivery without installation, the delay is 2 to 5 weeks. Upon receipt of your goods at our shop, you will be contacted.
  • You need a product quickly, contact us to find a model available in inventory or at one of our suppliers.
  • Wall beds require 3 to 6 weeks for manufacturing. For an order with installation by technicians, you will be contacted to schedule an appointment.
  • For online purchases, allow 3-6 weeks for most purchases.
  • Delivery times vary depending on the item and your city.

Important general points about your delivery

  • A few days before the scheduled delivery date of your goods, we will contact you to make an appointment to schedule a delivery day.
  • If a balance is due, the total must be paid in store no later than 48 hours before the date of delivery or delivered in cash or certified check at the time of delivery.
  • To cancel a delivery, you must notify us by phone at least 48 hours before the date of the latter, failing to do so could induce additional fees.
  • If you wish your purchase to be deposited at a specific place of your home upon delivery, this location must be communicated before the arrival of our deliverymen so that your goods are placed at the desired place.
  • The customer must ensure that the delivered product will be able to pass through all door openings, stairs, confined areas and that it can be placed at the determined location easily.
  •  he few situations where access is restricted, we will ask you to sign a release form for any damage done to your property.
  • For delivery in a multistorey building, the customer must ensure that the elevator can be used.
  • For ready-to-assemble products, you are responsible for unpacking and assembling. Assembly service is available for a fee.
  • Note that our insurance policies do not allow our deliverymen to handle furniture other than the ones we deliver and that they can not take off their shoes. However, precautions will be taken to protect your floors and/or carpets.

 

Delivery and installation of wall bed

  • All our wall beds must be installed by our installers to benefit from our warranty.
  • Delivery and installation always induce an extra fee, and the price may vary depending on the difficulty of the installation and the region of delivery. (The minimum cost is $125)
