Returns and exchanges policy
Lits d'Or gives you a period of 7 days after delivery or in-store purchase. Generally, refunds are not possible, only a replacement or an in-store credit can be issued to you. In addition, if the retail price of the selected new item is higher than the price of your original purchase or the items returned, you will have to pay the difference at the time of the exchange, at the price of the moment of the exchange.
Conditions related to exchanges :
- You must present the receipt or original invoice.
- The item must not have been opened, assembled and used.
- The item must be in its original packaging and condition.
- Upholstery products, such as mattresses, futons, box springs, upholstered bed and accessories are not exchangeable or refundable, for obvious reasons of hygiene.
- We do not accept exchanges on merchandise at a reduced price.
- No exchange will be granted on a special order except if it includes a defect of the manufacturer, a break caused in the delivery due to our partners or in the case of order mistake on our part.
- Since wall beds are made on command, no exchange will be granted except if there is a manufacturer's fault or an order mistake from our part. In the case of a breakage caused in delivery on our part, if the damaged part is replaceable it will be replaced.
- If the product you receive is damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of the reception of your merchandise.
- Shipping costs related to the return of goods are the responsibility of the customer except in the case of an order mistake from our part.
- Photos may be required to obtain a replacement and return authorization for the purposes of applying the warranty.
- Lits d'Or reserves the right to refuse any unjustified exchange. You must contact Lits d'Or to make sure you meet the conditions.
